Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Offshore Business Manager (Insurance) to be based in Kuala Lumpur, coordinating with offshore brokers in China, Thailand, and ASEAN. You will conduct trainings, provide broker support, and ensure regulatory compliance across markets.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in life insurance advisory, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Travel within Malaysia and overseas is expected.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin due to regional dealings.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for offshore brokers in China, Thailand, and ASEAN.
• Conduct training sessions for brokers on products, services, and regulatory landscape.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance on client management and issues.
• Monitor market trends and advise on regional strategies for China, Thailand and ASEAN.
• Ensure brokers comply with local regulations and Singaporean standards.
