Job summary

Airswift Malaysia is seeking a Field Engineer for OPS - E&C - Offshore Construction / Field Engineering to plan, lead and supervise engineering deliverables and tender inputs. You will review scope and drawings, prepare installation procedures and coordinate with multiple departments for EPCIC projects.

The role requires at least 1 year in field engineering in oil and gas, strong English and IT skills, and the ability to work offshore/onshore with travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum/Marine Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Registered with Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM).
• Oil and gas experience preferred; at least 1 year in field engineering.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills; IT skills with MS Office and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, manage, supervise and assign resources for multiple projects and tender inputs.
• Review scope of work, interpret drawings, and prepare installation procedures.
• Develop installation sketches; perform rigging calculations and select equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering, drafting, QA/QC, HSE and logistics departments; offshore/onshore supervision.
• Prepare post-job analyses and as-built reports.
