Job summary

Frontline Data Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager in Malaysia to lead a team of software engineers and drive high-quality, predictable delivery. You will combine leadership with Agile expertise to support growth, optimize workflows, and remove impediments, reporting to the CTO.

Responsibilities include coaching, Agile ceremonies, dependency management, sprint planning, and architecture collaboration to uphold security and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• People leadership experience coaching and developing engineers.
• Engineering background with hands-on tech discussion ability.
• Agile expertise, experience with Scrum ceremonies.
• Delivery planning: sprint planning, estimation, capacity.
• Collaborates across stakeholders with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering growth and ownership.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and improve delivery predictability and quality.
• Identify and resolve blockers; manage cross-team dependencies.
• Oversee sprint planning, estimation, and capacity to meet business goals.
• Engage in code/architecture discussions to uphold standards.
