Job summary

Centific Global Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of a major online protection and data annotation program. The role coordinates distributed teams across the US, India, China, and Malaysia, ensuring top performance, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee workforce capacity, performance metrics, and continuous improvement while partnering with the client and Centific leadership to deliver on contractual commitments and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/IT/Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in service delivery, operations, or client management.
• Experience in leading multi-site, cross-regional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational delivery of assigned programs with emphasis on SLAs and client expectations.
• Manage workforce capacity planning, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Monitor KPI trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular operational reports and participate in executive reviews.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma, automation, standardization).
• Oversee change management, training, and playbook development for new campaigns.
• Drive profitability through cost control, budgeting, and financial governance.
