Job summary

JUYI SOLUTION SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Project Executive to own office furniture and workplace projects from order confirmation to final closure. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, warehouse, logistics and customers to plan, monitor and deliver on time.

This role focuses on project planning and customer communications; site supervision is occasional. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project execution.
• Experience in office furniture, interior fit-out, renovation, logistics or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of each project from order confirmation to closure.
• Prepare and monitor the project timeline based on customer delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, suppliers, Warehouse, Logistics and Installation teams to keep on schedule.
• Identify delays, missing information or risks early and act before they affect delivery date.
• Plan ahead to have goods ready at least 4 days before delivery.
• Coordinate pre-delivery checks of quantity, finish, accessories and condition.
• Arrange delivery and installation schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate delivery arrangements and project progress with customers.
• Record defects, replacements or outstanding items after delivery.
• Maintain clear project schedules, checklists and handover documents.
