Job summary

Software International Corporation in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced IBM ODM Developer to lead design, development, testing and deployment of enterprise decision management solutions. You will analyze business needs, build robust rules, and ensure production support aligns with SLAs.

The role demands 8+ years in ODM/Rule Designer with strong BPM/BAW experience and familiarity with IBM WAS, MQ, SQL, API/REST, and scripting. Collaboration within a skilled team is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on IBM ODM/Rule Designer development experience.
• Strong knowledge of BOM/XOM, decision tables, technical rules and rule flow.
• Experience in ODM upgrades/migrations, patching, production support and performance tuning.
• Experience in analysis, designing, coding and implementation of complex, custom-built applications in IBM Workflows/BPM/BAW v20.x.
• Knowledge on Process Admin, IBM WAS/WebSphere, Java scripting, SQL and API/ Rest programming.
• Possessing skills with IBM MQ, Java/Java EE, Shell Script, Batch script and codebase knowledge on GIT are added advantage.
• Insurance domain experience is preferred.
