Accenture in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead enterprise workflow projects using IBM BAW/BPM, IBM BPM/Case Manager, and IBM FileNet. You will design, develop, and integrate complex workflow solutions for large-scale deployments.

You will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and provide production support while collaborating with business analysts, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, maintainable

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with IBM BAW/BPM.
• Experience with IBM BPM / Case Manager.
• Experience with IBM FileNet.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience in Open Systems environments.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise workflow applications using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)/BPM.
• Develop and configure workflow, business process, and case management solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Work extensively with IBM BPM/Case Manager and IBM FileNet platforms.
• Develop and maintain Java-based application components and integrations.
• Design and implement integrations between workflow applications, FileNet, databases, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-related solutions using Oracle.
• Perform application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support for workflow applications.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Participate in application performance tuning, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)/IBM BPM.
• Mandatory experience with IBM BPM / Case Manager.
• Strong experience with IBM FileNet.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience working in Open Systems environments.
