Job summary

Morrison Express is a global logistics provider seeking a detail-oriented professional for handling customer service, documentation, and shipment coordination from Bandar Botanic, Klang. Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and new customers.
• Prepare import shipments documentation.
• Handle pre-alerts from agents and communicate with overseas offices, local vendors and customers on shipment arrangements.
• Ensure invoices are dispatched to customers on time.
• Prepare import billing/PO for import shipments.
• Be accountable for timeliness, accuracy, and correctness of assigned tasks.
• Setup brokerage SOPs for customers and key contacts for brokerage customers.
• Manage daily issues for brokerage jobs.
• Build good relationships with FCL vendors to secure more competitive rates on projects.
