Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in Nursing or Bachelor in Occupational Health & Safety Management or Bachelor in Medical Science.
• 5 to 8 years of related experience in managing in-house clinic in large manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain occupational health program per local legal and global requirements.
• Manage in-house clinic and first aid facilities, liaising with service providers for medical staffing.
• Develop and implement occupational health and medical surveillance procedures and regulations.
• Carry out occupational health risk assessments and identify hazards.
• Coordinate health surveillance and screening programs.
• Manage return-to-work programs with HR and supervisors.
• Liaise with local health department to prevent communicable diseases.
• Provide health and wellness education and training to employees.
• Maintain records and reports on incidents and illnesses.
• Advise management on health impact of work practices.
• Coordinate employee support services and health promotion activities.
• Collaborate with EHS for hygiene information and risk reporting.
• Manage budget for occupational health services.
