KPJ Bandar Maharani Specialist Hospital is seeking a qualified nurse to support the Clinical and Occupational Health Services team in pre-employment exams, annual surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments for staff and corporate clients.

You will perform BP, anthropometry, vision, hearing, spirometry, ECG, phlebotomy, and maintain records using hospital EMR systems, while coordinating screenings and ensuring infection control. Travel within Johor for off-site screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing and current practicing registration preferred.
• Experience in occupational health, health screening or hospital services advantageous.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills with EMR proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre-employment medicals, annual surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments for staff and clients.
• Conduct health screening procedures including BP, anthropometry, vision/hearing, spirometry, ECG and phlebotomy.
• Explain screening results to clients and support return-to-work decisions with physicians.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site screening programmes and maintain accurate medical records.
