Qualifications

• Must hold a medical degree and be registered to practice in Malaysia.
• Must possess Valid OHD certificate from NIOSH or equivalent.
• Full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council and current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 4 years of service in government or similar healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend and examine all patients admitted to A&E Services.
• Decide on investigations to support diagnosis and refer to Consultants when needed.
• Admit patients to the ward and fill required treatment forms.
• Conduct pre-placement and occupational health examinations as required.
• Respond to emergencies in wards and provide emergency care.
• Prepare medical reports and participate in training sessions and health talks.
