Sanofi in Malaysia is seeking an O2S Protege to learn and support Order to Cash processes, including customer master data, sales orders, and customer communications. The role is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, with exposure to country Finance teams across supported regions.

No prior experience required as training will be provided; Mandarin language is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• Must have Mandarin language proficiency.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• MS Office, especially MS Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Support Customer Master Data maintenance tasks such as creation of new customers.
• Perform sales order processing and daily sales orders reconciliation (if supporting Malaysia and Singapore)
• Manage mailboxes and handle enquiries from stakeholders and customers
• Assist in documentation and reporting activities
• Perform any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by the O2S Team Manager to support business continuity and operational excellence.
