Job summary

Sanofi in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an O2S Protege to help process transactions in Order to Serve. The role involves handling Customer Master Data, sales orders, and stakeholder inquiries, with exposure to country finance teams across supported countries.

No prior work experience is required as training will be provided; candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin and be able to work independently. This is a full-time position based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Support CMD maintenance, including creating new customers.
• Process sales orders and reconcile daily sales orders (Malaysia/Singapore).
• Manage mailboxes and respond to stakeholder and customer inquiries.
• Assist in documentation and reporting activities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to support O2S operations.

Business Unit: Order to Serve (O2S), Sanofi Business Operation

Report to: Team Manager, O2S

Summary of this role:

The O2S Protege is a very interesting role responsible for the processing of transactions related to the Order to Cash processes such as Customer Master Data, Sales Orders Management, Customer Contact Management and any other tasks assigned by the management. This position will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to learn the various processes in the O2S team and gain exposure working with Country Finance teams across the countries supported by O2S. This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Countries supported by O2S currently:

Australia, Philippines, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore for Domestic and Singapore Export

Key responsibilities:

• Support Customer Master Data (CMD) maintenance task such as creation of new customers
• Perform sales order processing and daily sales orders reconciliation (if supporting Malaysia and Singapore)
• Manage mailboxes and handle enquiries from stakeholders and customers
• Assist in documentation and reporting activities
• Perform any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by the O2S Team Manager to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Skills and Experience:

• Working experience is not required as training will be provided
• Proficient in English and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in the use of applications in the MS-Office suite, including MS-Excel
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
