CARiNG Pharmacy seeks a Nutrition Consultant to assess customers' nutritional needs, provide personalized meal plans, and counsel on healthy eating in our Kuala Lumpur stores. Fresh graduates are welcome and training is provided.

You will promote health awareness, share product knowledge, and support events and stock management. Join a dynamic team and contribute to community health through expert guidance and proactive customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or Food Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional consultancy and product recommendations to customers.
• Educate the public on healthy diet and lifestyle through newsletters or health talks.
• Plan, monitor and achieve monthly personal sales targets.
• Acquire and update product knowledge and market trends in retail.
• Maintain good customer relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Provide nutritional training and briefings to the team.
• Assist in company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions and expos.
• Help maintain optimal stock levels for supplements.

JOB SCOPE

Provide Nutritional consultant and product recommendations to customers

Provide nutritional advices and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters and/or health

Plan, monitor and achieve monthly personal sales target

Acquire and get updated on product knowledge and market trend in retail establishment

Maintaining good customer relationship able to respond efficiently to customer

Nutritional training & briefing to the team

Provide technical support, guidance and feedback to front liners who handle customer enquiries

Assist in company activities, eg: roadshows, exhibitions, expo

Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements

Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required

The first CARiNG Outlet opened in Taman Muda, Cheras. At that time, the awareness of community pharmacy services was still low. The founders took these important steps to instill the value of pharmacists in the healthcare profession by:
