Key responsibilities

Assess people's nutritional needs, based on their age, body mass index (BMI), medical conditions and nutritional goals.

Promote healthy eating habits / products and suggest diet modifications.

Provide nutritional consultation and handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Develop new meal plans and monitor customer progress.

Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and care for them.

Provide excellent customer care and product/detox program knowledge assistance.

Work closely with team members to provide translation support and handle customer inquiries effectively.

Maintain work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and participating with and providing resources to sales teams.

Keep abreast of nutritional knowledge and ensure the company direction aligns with the latest market trends.

About you

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics or equivalent.
