Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a Health & Wellness advisor to deliver friendly customer service, manage store operations, and maintain stock levels while offering nutritional guidance to customers. You will conduct health tests during promotions, support the Health Division's sales targets, and ensure clean, well-displayed health items across the shop.

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nutrition or related field is required, with Bahasa Melayu and English fluency; shifts, weekends and public holidays are

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Outgoing personality with high energy.
Malaysian citizens only; ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
Nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to customers.
Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division to achieve targets.
Maintain housekeeping standard of health items including promotional displays and price tags.
Conduct healthcare department stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level.
Upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of stocks and shelves.
Provide health tests to customers during promotional activities.
Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service.
