Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience and diversity in clinical roles.
• Experience in Critical Care Nursing/Intensive Care Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow and care delivery within the ward.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for high-quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing and recruitment for nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
