Job summary

KPJ Sri Manjung Specialist Hospital seeks an experienced nurse manager to ensure efficient patient flow within the ward, lead the nursing team, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality care. You will organize, direct, and coordinate services while upholding evidence-based practice and patient safety.

The role requires registration with the Nursing Board Malaysia, post-basic qualifications, and at least 8 years of clinical experience, with leadership training and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Malaysia.
• Post Basic qualification in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience.
• Leadership training or program completed.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, MTLS, PALS and NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Enforce high standards of care delivered safely, effectively, efficiently, and compassionately.
• Provide clear directions for the nursing team to ensure evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to oversee patient care delivery for optimal satisfaction.
• Perform nursing rounds across patients to ensure holistic care and identify needs.
• Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services and facilities.
