Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in information technology and computer skills.
• Strong report writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Ot consignment closely and charge accordingly.
• Orientate and train new ward clerks.
• Prepare a roster for the ward clerk and supervise daily tasks.
• Assist in admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Enter daily charges accurately and assist in billing.
• Attend to patient and relative queries and collect monthly census statistics.
