Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing recognised by the government from local institutions of higher learning or equivalent institutions, and registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board.
• Possess an active Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Be able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Have a high level of motivation, discipline and a pleasant personality.
• Be able to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
• Possess a high degree of integrity.
• Be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Be a Malaysian citizen.

Language Qualifications

• Credit (at least C) for Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the government.
• IELTS Band 6 / MUET Band 4.
• Candidate without any of these qualifications will be required to sit for the IIUM English Language Proficiency Test.
