Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with APC registration and 1–2 years of clinical or aesthetic clinic experience. You will assist physicians during procedures and provide post-treatment care while upholding patient safety and privacy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Aesthetic Equipment Operation & Maintenance: operate medical-aesthetic devices per SOPs and ensure equipment sterilization.

• The role includes patient observation, post-care guidance and follow-up instructions to ensure satisfaction.

• Aesthetic Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Proficiently operate various medical-aesthetic devices (e.g., energy-based lasers, IPL, RF skin tightening, and assisted micro-injection systems). Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures for pre- and post-treatment equipment maintenance, sterilization, and hygiene.
• Clinical Nursing Procedures: Execute core clinical operations with high precision, including intravenous (IV) therapy, phlebotomy, blood sampling, skin sensitivity testing, wound dressing, and post-procedural care.
• Physician & Treatment Assistance: Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures and minor surgeries (e.g., injectables, micro-treatments, minimally invasive procedures) by handling pre-treatment preparation and in-procedure support.
• Patient Observation & Follow-Up: Monitor patient skin and physiological responses during treatments. Provide comprehensive post-care instructions, home-care education, and systematic follow-up care.
• Safety & Sterile Protocols: Strictly enforce aseptic techniques, infection control measures, and healthcare safety standards to maintain patient safety and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Qualifications & Licensing: Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM / KKM).
• Work Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing or aesthetic clinic experience. Hands‑on experience with energy-based devices and aesthetic equipment is highly advantageous.
