This role involves delivering aesthetic and clinical services in a professional clinic environment, including performing medical and non-medical aesthetic treatments, monitoring patients throughout sessions, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

Adhere strictly to the clinic's Standard Operating Procedures and protocols when performing all medical and non-medical aesthetic treatments with the highest standards of safety and professionalism and operating related equipment

Conduct pre-service patient checklists, including reviewing medical contraindications and performing baseline checks, and promptly elevate any concerns to the doctor before treatment commences

Monitor patients closely throughout each session, delivering care with the utmost patience, professionalism, and attentiveness

Accurately track and document patient progress, including report generation, body measurements, equipment settings (modes/intensity), patient's preference, and other information if it is required

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize clinical instruments before each treatment, to ensure a clean, safe environment

Attend to all patient promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely manner

Assist the doctor during medical procedures as required

Meticulously document all patient treatment outcomes through protocol-compliant photography and precise measurements taken

Ensure seamless, same-day uploading of all clinical reports with zero errors

Diligently perform routine daily and weekly stock takes to ensure accurate inventory counts

Ability to uphold rigorous clinical and safety protocols at all times, maintaining compliance with clinic standards

Ability to deliver professional, empathetic guidance and support to every patient throughout their journey

Ability to maintain comprehensive, well-organized patient records for continuity of care

Ability to protect patient confidentiality with the utmost integrity, adhering to the clinic and legal standards

Ability to conduct thorough pre-session briefings with other therapists, covering each patient's unique preferences, clinical contraindications, sensitivities, and desired outcomes

Willingness to actively participate in all required meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives to enhance industry competencies
