Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking an NPI Test Operations and Engineering professional to support new product releases and drive operational excellence across our test sites in Malaysia, Taiwan, China and Korea.

You will coordinate readiness, transfer tests to high-volume manufacturing, deploy new tester/handler technology, and expand capacities to meet demand while supporting daily Pre/Post NPI operations and deployment strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computing or related engineering discipline.
3+ years in high-volume semiconductor test manufacturing (Probe/WLCSP and Final Test).
Familiar with NPI product lifecycle and test/probe/assembly flow.
Knowledge of major ATE platforms and test handlers.

Responsibilities

Provide Test Operations interface to Renesas Product Groups across NPI to mass production.
Coordinate test site readiness and execute test transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
Deploy new tester/handler technology and test solutions to sites from development.
Execute new test capacity expansions to meet production demand.
Support daily test operations during Pre/Post NPI release to fulfill customer samples.
Drive new Test Strategy, RFQ Test site and NPI Deployment.
