Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computing or related engineering.
• 7+ years in High Volume Semiconductor Test Manufacturing or Test Product Engineering.
• Knowledge of analog/digital/power test methods and failure analysis.
• Experience with major ATE tester platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest, SPEA, Cohu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test operations across product groups and global teams.
• Run daily test operations with factories and OSATs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage test capacity expansions and tester/handler hardware.
• Deploy new test equipment and test solutions at sites.
• Drive OEE, yield and margin improvement initiatives.
