Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Good understanding of Automated Test Equipment for Quality and Reliability testing.
• Strong scripting and programming skills with experience in C, C++, UNIX, Linux, Perl, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality and cost effective Test Program using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
• Perform ATPG vector generation with the design team.
• Design test hardware like probe card and burn in board.
• Develop and implement a universal test method.
• Perform statistical analysis of test data.
