Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Good understanding of Automated Test Equipment for Quality and Reliability testing.
Strong scripting and programming skills with experience in C, C++, UNIX, Linux, Perl, or Python.
Responsibilities
Develop high quality and cost effective Test Program using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
Perform ATPG vector generation with the design team.
Design test hardware like probe card and burn in board.
Develop and implement a universal test method.
Perform statistical analysis of test data.
