Job summary

STMicroelectronics Malaysia is seeking a Production Test Engineer to support test manufacturing and NPI activities while ensuring test flows meet product specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing targets.

You will industrialize new products, release test programs, and collaborate with test planning, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective test operations and resolve daily production challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years in semiconductor or test manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support test manufacturing and NPI activities.
• Ensure test flows meet product specs, quality standards, and manufacturing targets.
• Industrialize new products and release test programs per quality and manufacturing standards.
• Support production technical issues, lot disposition, and daily manufacturing problem solving.
• Monitor and analyze test, product, yield, silicon performance, and test coverage.
