Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Penang is seeking a dynamic engineer to contribute to new product introduction, process optimization, device qualification and prototype sample build. You will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.

The role requires hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly processes, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage projects with minimal supervision while delivering robust results for mass production.

Qualifications

• Working experience in semiconductor assembly manufacturing or process engineering and pre-assembly process (Wafer Backgrind/Dicing, Screen Print, Die & Clip Attached, Wire Bonding, molding & cutting) is an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
