Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor operations or manufacturing.
• Proven experience in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate cost, supplier performance, and terms.
• Good communication skills and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source materials to support semiconductor development and production needs.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supplier agreements.
• Engage suppliers early to support new product builds (NPI).
• Issue purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery, resolving supply issues.
