Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years procurement experience in manufacturing; exposure to semiconductor / electronics / advanced packaging preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and familiar with SAP systems.
Responsibilities
- Source and manage MRO, indirects, and CapEx suppliers.
- Develop sourcing and multi-sourcing strategies for critical parts.
- Support NPI builds and new product introductions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, warranties, and SLAs.
- Drive cost savings and mitigate supply risks.
- Manage PR/PO cycle and contract management.
