Job summary

Infineon Technologies (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Staff Specialist Ramp Up and Change Management to lead NPI projects and ramp production in our Penang fab ecosystem. You will manage ramp-up teams, coordinate capacity planning, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with customer demand.

You will own BCM flow, set up PCN strategies, and drive continuous improvements using BI tools. A background in semiconductor engineering, strong governance, and proven cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in semiconductor NPI, technical program management or ramp-up roles.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead ramp-up teams in complex supply chain scenarios.
Manage NPI sample builds and ramp production to meet customer demand.
Forecast engineering samples and track wafer starts across frontend and backend.
Coordinate capacity planning, slot bookings, and material readiness.
Drive ramp-up strategies and early production readiness.
Champion cross-functional collaboration through development to volume production.
Set up master data and enable milestone releases in product BNRs.
Act as project manager for BCM flow until closure.
Generate and distribute PCNs.
Provide customer support documentation.
