Job summary
Intel Corporation in Penang is seeking a New Product Integrator to coordinate and execute NPI activities from engineering builds through high volume manufacturing. You will manage cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain to ensure smooth product startups.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, at least 5 years in NPI or related engineering, strong project coordination, and English communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years in NPI, manufacturing, or related roles.
- Knowledge of Assembly and/or Test processes and TD transfer.
- Strong collaboration and multi-priority management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage NPI execution activities from development to ramp.
- Coordinate NPI build execution with cross-functional teams.
- Develop detailed NPI execution plans and track schedules.
- Monitor CSIs across milestones such as Recipe Check Out and Power On.
- Ensure readiness of processes, materials, and capacity for NPI builds.
- Identify improvements to enhance NPI delivery, quality, and predictability.
- Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
- Document NPI readiness, build routing, BOM, and qualification artifacts.
