Job summary
Rosti IMS in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia invites you to join our engineering team as a Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations and drive New Product Introduction (NPI), process implementation and continuous improvement. You will solve manufacturing challenges, improve processes and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include coordinating NPI activities, managing new process setup, driving cost efficiency, applying PFMEA and process flow methods, and ensuring
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience or Engineering degree.
- Experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
- Knowledge of CI and Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Familiarity with PFMEA, process flow and WI.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485.
Responsibilities
- Support NPI activities and new product launches.
- Manage new process setup and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and cost efficiency.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues using structured problem solving.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and PFMEA.
- Monitor performance and support KPI achievement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and ISO requirements.
