Job summary

Experior Group is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to establish NPI lab processes, support test operations start-up, and develop scalable workflows for production ramp-up and high-volume manufacturing. The role requires collaboration with Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, customers, and equipment vendors to ensure process readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing or test operations experience.
• Experience in semiconductor backend operations preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish NPI lab processes and manufacturing readiness criteria.
• Translate customer requirements into standardized NPI processes for ramp-up.
• Coordinate setup of equipment and processes for device baking, MSL control, visual inspection, labelling, traceability, packing, and shipment.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process flows, and checklists.
• Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure quality readiness and audits.
