Job summary

NAI COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive NPI Intern to support the New Product Introduction team in product testing, process documentation, and production implementation. This internship offers hands-on exposure to cable assembly manufacturing and engineering operations.

You will assist in testing, document SOPs, and help track production processes while collaborating with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge or interest in manufacturing or electronics assembly is an added advantage.
• Able to read and follow work instructions in Chinese/English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product testing and validation to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
• Support troubleshooting of cable assembly products and assist in identifying technical issues.
• Prepare and update Process Instructions (PI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and other engineering documents.
• Ensure production processes are properly tracked and documented during assembly.
• Assist in collecting and recording process and testing data.
• Support engineering trials, prototype builds, and new product implementation activities.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
