• Product Development Support: provide input and technical expertise during design and development of new products.
• Process Development and Optimization: develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products.
• Manufacturing Readiness: assess readiness of facilities and resources for new product production.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with product development, engineering, QA, supply chain and others.
• Quality Assurance and Control: implement quality plans, test and inspect products, analyze data.
• Project Management: plan, schedule, track, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
