Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Batu Pahat is seeking a NOC Intern to gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting. The intern will work with the NOC team to ensure smooth operations for customer IT services and participate in learning about cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure. This role offers an opportunity for a full-time position based on performance and provides mentorship from senior professionals. Duration of the internship is 3 to 6 months.

Qualifications

• Assist in monitoring customer IT infrastructure.
• Identify alerts related to network and server performance.
• Provide basic L1 remote support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and analyze alerts.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Participate in training sessions on IT monitoring tools.
