Job summary

FARMIERA GROUP OF COMPANIES in Ipoh is seeking a detail-oriented DO Clerk to support production and logistics teams. You will prepare and issue Delivery Orders, verify data accuracy, and maintain daily production records to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires a minimum SPM or Diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently on a night shift from 7.00 PM. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to work Night Shift from 7.00 PM onwards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) accurately and on time.
• Ensure all DO data is correct and updated.
• Prepare and maintain daily production records.
• Check production and delivery information for accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Production and other departments regarding DO matters.
• Ensure all required documents are properly recorded and filed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
