Job summary

Valiant Advance Technology in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on operating and maintaining precision milling machines to produce high-quality components per drawings and specifications.

You will set up, program, and calibrate machines, monitor production, inspect parts with micrometers and calipers, and document cycle times. Night shifts may be required, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and machining specifications.
• Solid understanding of tools, feeds and speeds for different materials.
• Experience with precision measurement and QC procedures.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and clean production environment.
• Detail-oriented with good dexterity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to drawings.
• Set up and program machines, including tool changes and calibration.
• Monitor production and ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Identify issues, perform routine maintenance, and report concerns.
• Maintain production records and document cycle times and outputs.
• Work safely and collaboratively to meet daily targets.
