Job summary

Valiant Advance Technology in Shah Alam is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and set up CNC milling machines, program tooling, and ensure components meet tight tolerances through precise measurement and inspection.

You will maintain production records, collaborate with supervisors to meet daily targets, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Knowledge of machining principles, feeds and speeds.
• Experience using precision measurement tools for QC.
• Willingness to work night shifts and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Set up and program machines including tool changes and calibration.
• Monitor production to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain production records: cycle times and output.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets and safety standards.
