Job summary

Monzone Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Night Shift Administration Assistant to support after-sales operations, truck coordination, and general admin tasks. You will handle customer enquiries, process service records, and ensure accurate data entry in the NAV system.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks during night hours. Permanent night shift with on-site work in Kulai, Johor.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks during night shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer complaints or service-related issues and escalate to After Sales personnel for follow-up.
• Receive truck breakdown reports and coordinate with technicians for attendance and follow-up.
• Receive and coordinate supplier deliveries during night shift hours.
• Attend to and verify receipt of new chassis.
• Monitor night shift operations and report issues to the Head of Department.
• Assist in updating and maintaining NAV data entry from Store Department.
• Support general administrative duties including filing and record keeping.
• Assist HR administrative tasks, including obtaining employee signatures on documents.
