Job Overview

We are looking for a Network & Security Analyst to join our team. In this role you will provide first‑level support for network‑related requests and issues, ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements and acting as the primary point of contact for escalated requests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all policies, procedures and work instructions are followed in a 24x7 environment to meet customer satisfaction and contractual obligations.
• Provide customer consultation regarding availability and functionality of services.
• Enforce and review MS processes to keep documentation current and facilitate escalations to management.
• Acknowledge and qualify NMS alerts and open causes with the appropriate priority level.
• Diagnose problems and provide solutions to achieve service restoration.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support for customer fault escalations.
• Escalate cases to internal management and third‑party vendors as required.
• Perform remote diagnostic troubleshooting and checks for customer incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a NOC or Data Centre support environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or an equivalent professional degree.
• Industry certification (NSE, CCNA, Aruba, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office packages.
• General understanding of LAN/WAN/Voice/Security/Server technologies.
• Must be able to work a 12‑hour rotational shift, including weekends.
