Job summary

CTS Horizon Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior professional to lead CME and infrastructure planning activities for power systems and telecom site readiness.

You will coordinate planning, governance, and technical oversight for new and existing network infrastructure projects across DC/AC power, generators, rectifiers, UPS, HVAC, and grounding systems. The role requires strong leadership, 5–10 years of telecom infrastructure experience, and professional electrical certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with practical experience in telecommunications infrastructure, power systems, and network support environments.
• Professional certifications in electrical competency (ECoS PW4/PJE A1) are an advantage and demonstrate technical expertise.
• Extensive experience leading technical projects involving rectifier systems, standby generators, power modernization, and HVAC upgrades.
• Five to ten years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure operations, power system planning and maintenance.
• Strong leadership with stakeholder management across vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CME and infrastructure planning activities for new and existing network infrastructure projects.
• Review power requirements, readiness, and feasibility for expansion, upgrade, relocation, hardening, and improvement projects.
• Lead planning and assessment of DC/AC power systems, generators, rectifiers, UPS, HVAC, grounding, and related components.
• Identify infrastructure limitations, site readiness concerns, risks, and improvement requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and authorities to ensure readiness and alignment.
