Job summary

B. Braun Medical Industries in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an Engineer - Network Administrator to maintain enterprise networks and collaborate across global teams.

You will manage LAN/WAN, wireless and security systems, support voice/video platforms, and drive improvements with CheckMK and other monitoring tools. Hybrid working arrangement is offered with opportunities to work with CheckPoint firewall and DDI solutions, plus exposure to cloud integration and Azure networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT/Networking.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN platforms and WAN technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting network outages within SLA and knowledge of cloud networking.
• Familiarity with firewall, DDI, IPAM tools and monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security).
• Support design, lifecycle management, and maintenance of global voice/video systems.
• Perform performance monitoring, tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure network stability, availability, and incident resolution.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage documentation.
