Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Network Engineer for on-site work in Malaysia. The role involves campus network architecture planning, equipment selection, and supporting 24/7 operations to ensure reliable IT infrastructure.

You will lead deployment of firewalls, switches, WLAN, and other network devices, and coordinate with contractors. Strong troubleshooting and communication are essential, along with a degree in networking and 3–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer networking or related field.
• 3–5 years of networking experience with large-scale networks.
• Familiar with TCP/IP technologies, including STP, DHCP, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, stacking.
• Familiar with Fortinet, H3C, Huawei, and Edgecore devices for network infrastructure.
• Windows system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic desktop network support.
• Proactive, responsible with strong communication, teamwork and customer service awareness.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design campus network architecture and review network drawings.
• Deploy and configure firewalls, switches, WLAN, and other network devices; coordinate with contractors for issues and solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the company LAN; troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure stable operations.
• Identify security risks and performance bottlenecks and implement optimization solutions for security and reliability.
• Assist with asset management, hardware/software and OS management, and maintenance of meeting room and printing systems.
