Job summary

IP CORE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Network Engineer to join our team. This role provides both remote and onsite technical support, resolves customer tickets, and ensures smooth network and security operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in network engineering or technical support, strong troubleshooting, communication skills, and a proactive approach. Travel to client premises may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in network engineering or technical support roles.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent is an advantage.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for providing both remote and onsite technical support, resolving customer-raised tickets, and ensuring smooth network and security operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude in managing technical issues.

Education and Skills Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in network engineering or technical support roles.

Strong knowledge of networking technologies, TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN.

Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent is an advantage.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willing to travel and possess own transport.
