Detailed Job Description

As a Network Data Center (DC) Engineer supporting our enterprise client in KL, Malaysia through Trinity Consulting Services, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of infrastructure maintenance, incident resolution, change implementation, and performance optimization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and administering enterprise systems, monitoring network and server health, troubleshooting complex technical anomalies across production environments, executing security hardening and software updates, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering squads, and maintaining meticulous technical documentation. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex operational bottlenecks under strict service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain robust enterprise infrastructure and data center networking, core switching, BGP/OSPF routing, and high-availability fabric architectures solutions.
• Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and operational health proactively across production environments.
