Detailed Job Description:

As a IP Services Engineer supporting our enterprise client in KL, Malaysia through Trinity Consulting Services, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of infrastructure maintenance, incident resolution, change implementation, and performance optimization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and administering enterprise systems, monitoring network and server health, troubleshooting complex technical anomalies across production environments, executing security hardening and software updates, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering squads, and maintaining meticulous technical documentation. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex operational bottlenecks under strict service level agreements. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements by ensuring strict compliance with the Kuala Lumpur on-site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong, demonstrable hands-on technical proficiency in telecommunications IP services, MPLS core routing, carrier-grade provisioning, and packet core routing and enterprise environments.
• Solid practical understanding of core networking protocols, operating systems, and diagnostic tools.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities under mission-critical conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong stakeholder collaboration abilities.
