Job summary

Jdynamic Resources is seeking a seasoned Backend Lead to steer engineering efforts, architect scalable .NET systems, and champion code excellence.

You will mentor backend engineers, design robust microservices with C# and ASP.NET Core, and collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps to deliver reliable end-to-end solutions.

Candidates should have 5+ years in software development, 1-2 years in leadership, and strong SQL Server, Docker, and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software development; 1-2 years in leadership/architectural role.
• Deep hands-on with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful services, and Git workflows.
• Strong SQL Server experience and caching (Redis); familiarity with Docker and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Excellent communication and strong technical judgment.

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship:Lead, mentor, and guide backend engineers while driving high engineering standards and team accountability.
• System Architecture & Design:Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure backend microservices and API platforms using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:Enforce clean architecture principles, conduct thorough code reviews, and proactively eliminate technical debt.
• Database & Performance Optimization:Oversee database schema design, manage query tuning, and optimize data access using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:Partner closely with frontend leads, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure reliable end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:5+ years of software development experience with at least 1-2 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
• Technical Stack:Deep hands-on expertise in C#, modern .NET / ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful services, and Git-based workflows.
• Database & Infrastructure:Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis), Docker, and cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
• Leadership Profile:Excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to balance feature delivery with long-term system health.
