Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled NDT Inspector to perform non-destructive testing and inspection in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements. You will conduct Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and/or Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), follow the NDT process sequence, and identify surface discontinuities and inspection indications.

You will inspect parts against engineering drawings and acceptance criteria, complete inspection records, control nonconforming

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Technical discipline or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, special process or inspection.
• Experience with FPI and/or MPI preferred.
• Experience in aerospace or regulated industries is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of FPI and MPI methods.
• Able to read engineering drawings and inspection criteria.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, special process, or inspection environment.
• Experience in FPI and/or MPI is preferred.
• Experience in the aerospace or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) methods.
• Basic understanding of NDT process sequence, inspection flow, and process control requirements.
• Basic knowledge of surface discontinuity types and indication recognition.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings, inspection criteria, and product acceptance requirements.
