Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Quality & Reliability Engineer (NAND) in Malaysia to conduct electrical failure analysis and data analysis for next‑gen 3D NAND devices.

You will develop test methodologies and oversee outgoing monitor plans in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, guiding risk assessments and data‑driven product dispositions. Qualifications

• Experience in test engineering and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Perl, Python; Unix/Linux environment.
• Awareness of AI-assisted tools and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain test methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Provide release documentation and monitor plans for HVM phase quality.
• Perform product failure analysis on rejects to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Assist in post-qualification QA issues and disposition of materials.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering on new reliability issues and testing impact.
